Mexican Moon Imports offers the following Returns Policy:

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. If you need to return something, please send an email to customer service or call toll-free (866) 804-2085 for authorization. Returns must be received within thirty days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns must be packed in a padded envelope and be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice and a note of explanation for the return. Please send all returns via United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items which have been improperly shipped. Returns should be mailed to:
