Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Which supplier do you use for shipping and how much does it cost?
A: We use United States Postal Service's First class mail option with delivery confirmation. Shipping cost is based on the following levels: Orders from $12-$50 cost $3.95, orders from $50.01 to $75.00 cost $4.95, orders from $75.01 to $100.00 cost $5.95 and orders above $100.01 are $9.95
